Does this necessarily have to have any timer other than the in-game one? I know for Forces IL runs the in-game timer was the only thing that anyone cared about because that was, as far as I know, hardware-independent. Is this different?

Agreed, that's all I care about running and I've gotten some really good times I don't want to go to waste.
