go to outlast directory and click on OLGame > Config > DefaultInput and paste this in the Keyboard and Mouse section

.Bindings=(Name="F8",Command="Set OLUberPostProcessEffect GrainOpacity 0")

if u want to change the keybind just replace f8 with another key =)
