Thomkar and I were talking about what should be allowed and what shouldn't be allowed in a run. The reason we thought it was justified to do that in a run was because Mario isn't actually actionable until after the switch to mario-cam is done.

Alot of the rules are left up to the interpretation of the moderators verifying the run because this category isn't very popular. Here are some of the rules I go by when I run this category:

• Not allowed to use lakitu cam to influence the starting camera before mario becomes actionable
• Must be in Mario-cam before Mario is able to move
• If you make a mistake and don't go into M-cam immediately then its ok if its less than a few seconds
• If you realize you've been playing a whole section of a level (~6-10 secs) in lakitu cam then I try to kill myself and restart the star asap.
