For some reason I start getting more and more frame drops the longer I play. Within an hour, the frame drops become unbearable. I'm using Phosphor, Lithium, and Sodium with fabric. I don't think it's my hardware. I have a GTX 1060 3GB, i7 7700, and 16GB RAM. I set my render distance to 25 and max framerate to 165 but the problem persists even if I drop the settings all the way down. I just have Minecraft, OBS, discord, and YouTube Music open. I've also tried closing everything but OBS but that doesn't do much. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any ideas what I could do to figure out what the problem is?

Since OptiFine is banned for 1.16+ speedruns are there any good alternatives to increase performance?
