We are updating all the rules for each category. The reasoning for this is poorly written rules before-hand. A majority are going to follow the same ruleset as 16 stars mips/lblj allowed sblj still banned, however, unless stated otherwise in the rules. Also, with the update run's will either get removed or adjusted.
