You are fairly close. I believe so. I'm not sure how much better divine relic's 30% stronger coffee is, for as you can only earn cards from parries after 6 times, and you cannot luigi swap, which I think would worth it for you to learn considering how many EXs you use in your current strategy.

It's going to be a thing after it comes out. Although, it may take a while to figure out how to implement the DLC content into the leaderboards. No way to know how much difficulty this will have yet.
Seems like some people want this. This has already been discussed on UnsinkableGaming's thread. How would you even be able to comfortably grind for any of the minibosses past the first or more diceroll? Debug menu? Anyways, i doubt King Dice miniboss ILs will be added.
I mean, you could still just speedrun Mr. Wheezy regardless of the fact that there's no IL for him. Not being able to submit a run for Mr. Wheezy doesn't mean much anyway if that's what you're speedrunning. Having ILs for every single mini-boss would be convoluted and unnecessary.
