I like the idea of no major glitches - small optimizations to save time and make Baron slightly safer/faster aren't a big deal in the long run compared to the pvp glitch completely destroying the game. It does bring up the issue of "what is considered a major glitch" and having to manually ban things on a case by case basis feels a bit awkward but I think it's worth if it means not having to deal with a much more annoying baron fight that doesn't really add anything to the run. At the same time it's not a big deal either way, any% glitchless is fine as well.
