I just used Jill G19 with ONE coin active. Still can't beat Nem 2 and I had about 80 bullets for that fight, all head shots, maybe missed three shots total. It's insane.

I have literally optimized to the best of my ability running Pistol Only. I can consistently get to Nem 2, no problem. Without pistol upgrades and/or unlimited pistol, it's virtually impossible. Dropped perfect headshots over and over again, most times can get to running on the walls phase, but you just can't beat him. There's not enough ammo to do it.
