I use the mobile version of RetroArch. As long as the rules apply (audible game sound,etc),are runs through Mobile RetroArch allowed?

Most mobile emulators don't show the framerate. Maybe i could show a vid about.

Are mobile emulators accepted? Following the same rules as the others, audible sound, etc?
