"Also how do you do the ketamine-town warp?" If you jump or fall into a ketamine while not facing it you'll go to 0,0 which is town. One consistent way is to back up very close to the ketamine (without actually collecting it) and jump backwards into it. Ket-warping is much harder on 1.22 because the ketamine hitbox is bigger.
"how to fast fall on boatless no ket??" This is known as drilling and the optimal way to do this is to rebind your scroll wheel to control and by scrolling you can spam the control key, which will make you roll multiple times and teleport you down.
