Do you mean how people are getting points while in the disease/transmission/symptoms/abilities screens? If so, that's not a setting, it's a glitch. You perform it by doing the following: Press 3 when a popup appears on the screen, for example, the "Disease begins in country" popup. As long as you don't close the popup, the glitch is in effect. you can open the disease or world screens without the game pausing. If you use Metabolic Hijack on your disease with this glitch, red and orange bubbles will be popped while in the disease/world screens.

Your server isn't the official speedrunning discord server, and you know it. And secondly, you're trying to claim that the head moderator of the speedrunning server is being misleading.
