well we have only full game runs or even single segment? time will be with or without load?

How's that a run that is slower by almost 9 seconds is regarded as WR? My guess is that since it has time with loads it is put in first position by default... So my question is, do we all have to submit time with loads for individual level (which is useless given the rules), or can it be removed on individual level run or at least not put by default in front?
