I don't like the idea of gta 3 any% being a race again like it was last time and also think tourney finale shouldn't be constrained to a marathon schedule as a lot of interesting thing might happen as we saw from VC tourney that can't be suited for a marathon.

I tried a route with both TaT dupe and blowfish instapass but it was only 10 sec faster than current WR. It started a rampage right after picking up ambulance after TaT dupe and then proceeded to obtain a taxi, make a rampage replay for last requests and also get a banshee for Bomb da base and then did the instapass.

This is a any% route for blowfish instapass without TaT dupe, still faster than old any% route by at least 40 sec.

That banshee always despawns if you don't get into it before going to sea. Maybe taking it before would be faster, has to be timed.
