SingaporeI tested it and it's a working load remover. The Livesplits timer and the IGT is accurate. So it can be used for the game.

So I'm thinking of running this game, but I was wondering about a IGT/load remover timer for Livesplits since the game has IGT at the end of the game. I have a mate who's able to make an load remover timer, and there's some distinct areas that do and do not time in the game. Such as in the intro, the timer will run even when there's a cutscene, but in the school, the timer stops when there's a cutscene. I was wondering whether we could have it as how the game's IGT is like, or make our own IGT if there's not any sort of discrepancies with the IGT already implemented and made.
Do you have a video of it? It's proof that you've done it as well alongside with the splits. You'd also need to join the Discord server to interact with the moderators too since they could also decide on the category.
IGTs (In-game time) and/or LRT (load remover time) would only be an advantage to the PC category. The console category will have a hard time figuring out how to time IGT unless they want the leaderboard mods to do so, which will put more weight on their shoulders if this ever happens. So we time everything on RTA (real time attack) to make everything fair. To be honest, would wish to have some kind of IGT/RTA to actually pause the timer to go to the bathroom or amend some kind of needs but that would 1. ruin the speedrun, and 2. there's ample time on the unskippable cutscenes to do so.
There's talks about it in the Discord server. I was the first to find out about it, and make it semi-consistent. If you need more info/input come by the Discord server!
But it's just mashing jump and action rapidly and triggering the game to think you've dropped like 10x the amount of trash into the trashbin or something. It works on the downpatched version (which can be found on the Discord server if you have the Steam version) but has not been done on the latest version.
Unfortunately I am not interested in running another series board any time soon. Sorry for the inconvenience
Is anyone doing of such at the moment? I would like to run it soon and I'm feeling like asking someone to do it for this game and its community since the game runs by IGT, as clearly shown at the end of the game.
I checked when I finished my PB run. They added in the last unskippable credits so it also incurred time into the IGT, so I guess there's no point anyways.
Other than that the only thing that's left is the region copies of the game. And I don't know if it's me, but only on the first chapter when the lights went out, your lights goes out around 6:10, while people like me and RazorMan97 who runs the game on the US copy goes out around 6:30.
So I think there's a huge difference with the US and JP copies of the games due to texts.
I'm learning the New Game category. And from what I can tell either the texts on English is slower than Japanese, or my load times are utter shit. Either way, I feel that something from the JPN copy might be somewhat faster than the US copy.
On top of that I was wondering about why isn't there something like an IGT for the leaderboards? I notice that if you save your game there's like a little IGT in the game itself, so probably if you save the last chapter you could see IGT and that could be the indicator of IGT for the speedrun. Just my two cents on the speedrun, but it's alright if the game is on RTA anyways.
I have a US copy of the game but I have a thinking that the JPN copy of the game is actually faster with the texts. If someone could help time texts on JPN and US copy that'll be great
Why did you guys take away Country/User page? That was really relevant to me to find speedrunners from all around the world. I would like that back soon.
You can join the Discord server and post your findings there. Anything can be beneficial for the speedrun.
Although the mod accepted my run two weeks ago, I tried contacting the mod of Devotion leaderboards and I can't seem to get him for about 1-2 weeks. I have 2 runs that needs to be verified on https://www.speedrun.com/devotion and I would like them verified.
So Red Candle recently released physical copies of Devotion, and I'm getting one from a source I have in Taiwan, but it begs the question on whether it'll be speedrun viable to use that version as well, alongside with the Steam version of the game. The game will be in a USB from my understanding of how the physical copy's gonna work.

You can apply for mod. I also have my run not accepted yet but I think you should try requesting for mod, or ask a moderator of src to verify it for you
