Hi, I like all the talk about new ideas. However, Big% is really not a good idea as everyone will have to wait on the same 1st fight cycle to get "big" and most optimization would be right before collecting the first shine/getting down to Bowser Jr. Same with unlock Rosalina%, its just two extra levels from the normal Any% route. Warp% isn't a good idea because it would be 2 minutes long and if it were to be a category, why not end it on the fade to black after entering the warp pipe in 1-2. Minimum Jumps is more a challenge run and the game does not keep track of how many jumps you perform. If you guys want, please bring your ideas up in the 3DW discord instead, as more people are there. Thank you :))
mostly everything that isn't on the LBs right now, will most likely be a category extesion. So please be patient as it takes time for it to get approved.
No it doesn't. Are you genuinely wanting to know? Powerups that are not allowed are the ones that carry between levels, except the normal Mushroom.
Itemless categories are one of the sole reasons why I'm a mod for this :)))
But if the community gets big enough, I do think category extensions might have to come for this
3d world + bowser's fury offers a lottttttt of possible categories for SRC (any%, itemless%, 380 star, 100%, ILs, bowser's fury any% and possibly 100%, 243 star, multiplayer e.g. 2p, 3p ,4p, items or itemless, characters). So I believe we currently do not currently want the boards to be super cluttered. We will see what the port offers though when it comes out. Even if a category is not on SRC, you shouldn't be discouraged from running it. :)
