"All runs needs to be start before the 1 2 3 at the beginning or the run will be rejected". When i read this rule I just thought that it must be the first lap, because if not you can use the turbo in a warming up lap and use it "unfairly" before starting the real lap. This said, For me its okay to change it so we can use the turbo in the warming lap before.
