An easy way to access the demo if you have it installed is this:

1. Go to your library
2. Right click on Neon White Demo
3. Click on "Properties..."
4. Click "Browse..."
5. Launch the application called Neon White.

The game will be there, but as Aoi said, your save data will be gone since it was saved into the cloud.
