Yes! It's called livesplit (easiest way for you to find it is to just google it) and it tracks your progress through the game and saves everything you've done in previous runs. I also have it connected autmatically to the game so it autosplits (otherwise i would have to manually punch the space bar every time i wanted to split, which is fine).
