I haven't messed around with hourglass, but one thing you could do is enable speedhack with "Cheat Engine" and slow the game down. It won't be frame by frame, but it will let you test out visual cues with more accuracy.

I've uploaded all the runs I could find on twitch/youtube. A few months ago, I recall seeing more, but can't seem to get the right search terms to find them again. If you know of any, please let me know!
