VietnamIn a casual Extreme% run i did a while ago () I did 2 clips through the doors using the corner clip and flat wall clip methods I wasn't planning to submit that run then onto this game's srcom leaderboard, but let's assume that I did, would the run be disqualified due to unexpected skips? After reading the rules, I found out that there was no rule indicating that you are not allowed to perform wall-clips. Even in the forum, where everything is supposedly widely discussed by everyone, there is only one reply that vaguely stated that you couldn't do it, yet he is not one of the moderators, and he wasn't sure about it, either.
I'm hoping to see a reply by any of the moderators here, thank you in advance!
@shinryan12 i think he meant to split the coils% category into 2 subcategories with one that includes glitches and one that doesnt

but zen, in (special) coils speedrunning, quick restarting takes time for items to load you know. plus, manually resetting back to the lobby takes a lot of time and i dont like that. so should i start the timer at the first frame of movement in a run?
Wait, so what happens if the timer in a run freezes? Does the run count as disqualified or something? Please let me know. (Happened to me in ToCH)
Thanks for this information, I got kicked recently while doing a coil run in Madness. I would delete my video if for this post did not exist not gonna lie.
Since ring 3 is easier and a "break" for ring 4, so there must be some potential skips that helps with speedrunning, some are risky, some are easy, so finding some skips could be good for speedrunning right?
