you cant edit tutorial settings

I'd like to request to be added as a moderator for the game "Unturned" ( http://www.speedrun.com/unturned ). I am a well known Unturned Youtuber and I am wanting to get speed running for Unturned more popular. At the moment there is barely any people speed running it and I plan on changing it, not only do I know how to moderate the times I also can bring new runners to the site. I've only speedrun "Super Mario 64" before but when it comes to Unturned, I know everything about it. I'm also looking into adding new speed running category's for Unturned such as the new NPC quest lines on Russia, Hawaii, and Germany map. and also tweaking some times that are posted (one is a sony vegas pro timer instead of a split software).
