It's way easier to glance quickly over the run and see if it breaks the obvious rules (I do that a lot and it simply saves time watching full runs and then realize that at the end a rule was broken). However if such a run indeed seems fine it will be looked at later in depth. Moderators have up to 21 days to verify runs per site rules so you'll just have to be patient, it won't even take the 21 days or even get close to it honestly with level runs. Patience is the key

iirc timing starts at first input so pausing should be allowed. But once the timer starts pausing wouldn't be allowed anymore.

You do know that we separate bmw no nos and others right? I don't think there are any bmw wrs outside of the BMW No NOS category so idk why you would compare it with the lotus or porsche now. Yeah indeed, we have plenty of skilled and knowledgeable moderators and runners who are very active and would immediatly detect modded BMWs, which has happened in the past.

you can hack in money obviously. However the only currency that can be hacked would be cash and you'd still need to upgrade crates, progress in the story, etc.... You can't hack gold because EA will realize it and the account can get terminated.

You can hack in money to buy cars and then use those cars to do level runs. Nothing else

depends on what hacks you mean. If you are going to simply hack cash to use to buy cars for level runs then yeah. But obviously not at all for full game runs.
