i added a pretty consistent method and good explanation in the resources :)
i may have miscounted just now but that strat in your 00.4 was actually 117 frames so still technically slower but by such a small amount you may as well find whats easiest for you
wouldve been really nice to have a input display tbh
The strat shown in the video makes the room 114 frames long, while the strat in the WR was 128 frames long (30 FPS video on both ends) making this strat around half a second faster however it happened entirely on accident from me so its probably not that consistent, making it probably not worth it to go for.
Frame counts based upon first frame of bird being actionable to first frame of bread grab
yeah i played it casually a while back hence being interested in running it and thank you for confirming that
is there anywhere to download this or is it only on itch? asking as i've found that downloaded versions usually run better than the itch versions and the less frame-y the game the easier it is to speedrun
I'm guessing so, as this community allowed first moon skip during 1.2, even though it wasn't available to everyone at the time, and this is much easier to set up, so definitely.
but wouldn't all it is be just optimized movement to spinpound roll to the void next to the wake-up point?
If I use my phone to record a run (I don't have capture card) and have a timer going offscreen, can I submit it with the final time on the timer without it showing?
