I always split my video signal on every console cuz the capture card delay is too big, so I can say that it's not OBS that makes it dark

You might have to double click on run prediction after adding it and choose best segments instead of average segments, but I'm not sure

This glitch is extremely difficult, if you're not on a high level I would not recommend you to learn this before going for 4:55. You just have to repeat it extremely often to build up muscle memory for that, and even then you will still often miss it.
