I was misinformed. I know dha uses Flashpoint for some games and just assumed he used it for Bloons as well. Thank you for pointing this out to me!
Wow, I did not realize there different versions for the first Bloons game. We've been using the one on Flashpoint by Infinity. For consistency's sake, perhaps we should stick to that one. Not sure if it's the same version from either Newgrounds or Addictinggames. But it's simple to use and gets rid of the need to navigate through a bunch of outdated websites to find a playable version of many, many games.

Ending it at 10 minutes and 0 seconds would be 1 second as that is rounded up from 0.x seconds. We are not able to record runs as 0 seconds, so rounding up to the next whole second is the best thing we can do.

The goal of the speedrun is to make it to the Level 6 flagpole as quickly as possible.
From a new game, it is possible to "warp" to level 4 during the life counter immediately after selecting Level 1, making it possible to skip Levels 1, 2, and 3. This means Any% is just levels 4, 5, and 6.
Since exploiting such a simple mechanic is not ideal for the principles of speedrunning, Any% No Menu Warp also exists to disallow this mechanic, although the same thing can be done practically five seconds later into the speedrun.

Hello, THPS4 community! I recently completed a speedrun of this game but it's the GBA version. If you don't mind pointing me in the general vicinity of where I submit my run that would be fantastic!

Similarly to other Bloons games, timing should start upon "Play Game" after difficulty selection. Runners should not be able to set up towers before the run starts.

He does hands down great work of curating leaderboards for the speedrunning cult. I have gave him the duty of taking the community's suggestions and am forcing him to implement his thoughts of how this should all pan out in the near future. He really doesn't have a choice by now, so he must create spectacular work for the sake of the Bloons TD fanbase.

I don't think the title screen would be any fun. I've considered a monkey character sprite. I'm not sure if that would make sense though since it does not read the title of the game. If anyone has a suggestion, let me know!
