I hit the platform and slowed down in 1. I could have hit my head in 2 and 4 to save time and started slightly quicker in 3. Other than that there isn't much to do so I think to get 38.XX you need to try to hit your head on the platforms in 2 and 4 which I find hard to do consistently. Unless new strategies are found sub 39 will probably be the last second barrier.
