do i have to link the second player speedrun account even if they dont have one?

i went to upload it a month ago, and it didnt get approved, i thought the mod simply had to many run trying to get approve so they forget mine, so then i went to delete that run and trying to get approve again . its been a week now and my run still didnt get verify : /

or mabye they are trying to beat my score before approving it 🤔

people only speedrun and submit it on here lol, then never to be seen play that game again

the first time submitted it got approved immedietly, but now its kind slow. If its the all halo then it would take weeks inspecting but summer or other catory seems simple to approve lol thats all

being an ingame mod is my dream lol too bad i have no experience
