You can speed run without getting a structure on spawn. All you really need to get is 8 iron, food, wood, and gravel. I would look up some videos if I were you.

I have a scene in OBS that has a window capture and a game capture source. I set the window capture to the Livesplit timer and the game capture to minecraft. That's all you need to do. I hope this helps in any way!

I have actually read the wiki and thought the same thing, but I don't think that constantly running around and trying to be the opposite of the dragon is going to make it perch faster than just waiting. I may be wrong, but I'm sure as hell not gonna spend a couple hours testing something.

Uh no. I died without getting the credits. Also, I just did another run, I got another nether spawn not too far from another fortress connected to a bastion. And I threw that too somehow.

No I did not. I spawned in the nether with a fortress and a bastion actually connected right next to me. I threw a literal wr seed because I'm so bad. I have probably died to the dragon around 8 or so times, sub various times (1 hour, 50 min, 40 min, ect.)

I messed up with the beds, but I had some extra because I just make a bunch of them, and the last one I used killed the dragon and me at the same time. Does it still count?

Am I allowed to use AutoHotKey to create a new world? All the ahk script does is create a new world on easy difficulty. I also have a button to go back to the title screen, but thats obviously after the run is over. Thanks for the help!
