I recently uploaded a record of mine but I changed my twitch account and I want to move the video to this new account.

Hi guys, I'm starting to learn to run and I have a question regarding the category. I don't have a PC that handles 120fps with decent graphics. Can I run the entire game on 60 or less fps then increase to 120fps just during a boss fight? Thanks a lot.
