this video shows how to do the masking up animation skip. you just press E just before the prompt for masking up is finished, which causes you to pull out the phone and mask at the same time and it cancels both. you cannot be sprinting while doing it, as you can't pull out the phone while sprinting.

I've just done solo normal 1:16 here and 1:15 may be possible but only just barely i think unless someone finds some new trick.
