i have dowloanded the 1.3.1 as i did it today but every time i respawn the position of all the items change im gonna show you a clip on discord

Every time i respawn (click b) the preset changes so the stick that is needed for the sewer escape wont spawn in the place where i want it to spawn.I dont know if this is some kind of bug or is it supposed to be like that.If someone knows how to fix it then please tell me, thanks.
