I'm here to recommend any of the games from the Girl Meets World series: https://www.speedrun.com/girl_meets_world
I've recently created a Discord server that is dedicated to Disney Channel web game speedruns. The main focus will be Girl Meets World and Dog with a Blog for now. I hope to add games from other shows, such as Austin & Ally and A.N.T. Farm, in the near future. The Discord server is empty at the moment so this might be your chance to be part of the founders of the community.

I noticed that Red Handed, a game that was released on itch.io in 2021, has two pages. I have previously ran the game on the original page, which can be found here: https://www.speedrun.com/red_handed?h=Any&x=wk6rn7xk
Recently, a new page was created for the same game that can be found here: https://www.speedrun.com/red_handed_by_bad_piggy_?h=Any&x=wdmo7w5k
I wanted to let the moderators of the website know since I do not wish for the playerbase for the game to be fractured.
I know no one is really running this game, but I had a couple of suggestions for categories that could be added. Specifically, a "Glitchless" category could be good. The glitch involving grabbing and looking at the ground is interesting, but it cuts out large parts of the game mechanics.
Also, I think a Lowest Bullets category or something could be fun. As far as I know, the only level you need to shoot in is the "breaking the glass" level. All other levels can be completed without shooting. I think a new category for this strategy could be good.
I edited the run I had submitted to include the IGT, which I made the same as the real time, and it now does not say obsolete anymore. I don't think it would be accurate to have them marked as IGT though. Do the moderators have an opinion on this?
I just submitted a new run for approval but it is marked as "obsolete". Is there a reason why this could be?
Is the hint button allowed to be used during speedruns? Personally, I think it should be allowed because the goal is to test speed and not memory. Also, someone with the spots memorized would still be faster than someone who has to rely on hints.
