its called a whipskip, my good friend @kurbzzz did a tutorial on it and its basically whipping and shooting a rocket same frame, lets you ride the rocket instantly and also for some reason skips enemy spawns, which never locks the door, after that you just do some frame perfect shit and you're good, have fun running !!

you could try killing it really fast, jokes aside you can use saws for the flesh prison and for the little shit orbs you can nuke them, thats how i do it and it usually is fast, but if you want FAST KILLS you should check the speedrun for it

i see some people with 5 masks in godseeker mode, how the hell do i do that? im trying to get into pantheon speedrunning seriously
