I am a first time poster but long time lurker/viewer. I am interested in doing my first ever speedrun and was wanting to do Chrono trigger. A new game+ all quest glitchless Dream Devourer run. Does glitchless 100% allow new game +? If not, Is this a category that could be made? I don't see that as a separate new game+ category from glitchless 100%.
