Switzerland^ and New 2DS (incl. XL versions) I also heard somewhere that it's not able to record new 3DS exclusive games but I didn't try that out yet. Just noticed that some VC games didn't work
Bizhawk has some weird hotkeys, maybe you accidentaly pressed one which paused the game or something? I would suggest removing all hotkeys (once in the hotkey window just click on "Misc" at the bottom and theres a option for doing that) and re-adding the ones you actually need

This works through the IP every system has, you can hide it with some extra programs or other stuff but overall not really worth it.
Just link your Twitch account to SRC (https://www.speedrun.com/editprofile) And be sure that the checkbox at the very bottom is checked: https://www.speedrun.com/settings
If you stream non-speedrun stuff, it's better if you put "[nosrl]" in the streams title so your stream doesnt appear on SRC If that doesn't work it could be that the games settings are wrong, contact one of the games mods then

But I guess I could try explaining it better: When you resize a object in OBS it always has the right aspect ratio and when you capture the game in OBS while it still has the right aspect ratio you can resize the game and then check in OBS if it got the right aspect ratio. However, you need to insert some sort of layout because OBS automatically changes the object when you resize the game.
So your basically resizing the game so it fits perfectly in your layout. Hope I explained it better this time
Pretty sure theres a better solution but I guess this would work: While using OBS, capture the game when opening it (with the right aspect ratio), its better if you have some sort of layout where you can put the window capture in. Then resize the window, same in OBS (OBS always keeps the right aspect ratio), if the window then fits in your layout you got the right aspect ratio. I hope I explained it well enough so you understand it ^^'

When you try to submit a run you can see "Emulators are banned" so they are not allowed. Also, filiming the run with a camera is completely fine, no need for capture cards.
A general thing for all games is, if you want to ask something, either use the games forum or the games discord (discord is usually in a sticky forum thread or in the resources section). For questions to the mods, ask them on their social media, linked on their profile.
If the SMBX runners arent interested in finding it, doubt that others are... except theres a bounty Kappa
I would say, handle it like every other glitch, you can still create subcategories later on when people know how to execute it.
The trophy has nothing to do with speedrun.com so it doesn't matter. If you want to submit a run, the game uses IGT so it's allowed, however you should still record it!

Also, thats not a glitch, its intended. As far as I know you even need it for a crystal heart in the game.

I dont have a problem on a Ryzen 7 1800X, overall my system has 9% usage and the chrome task manager shows 60 (not %) for speedrun.com using the Milk theme

Anyway, get a speedrun timer (most commonly are LiveSplit and WSplit), both linked here: https://www.speedrun.com/resources
For LiveSplit you need to add some Splits under "Edit Splits", everythign else isn't that important but still useful, heres a tutorial on that (on a older version but most stuff is still accurate):
Then add it as a windows capture in OBS (not sure about XSplit but probably pretyt similar)
