It's possible sure. IIRC the AA run I saw missed a few things.

however getting a category on the leaderboards for it might be difficult since you would be 1 of 2 people doing it?

14:26 isn't even top 200, either the rules should reflect that you need a video, or the text saying you don't should be removed/changed to reflect whatever the actual rule is (ie no video if over 15m, or no video if you've got a similar time already, or no video need if post 12m if it's not your first run submitted, etc)

Maybe should be renamed to NMG (No major glitches). As with all games, what is, and what is not, a glitch or major glitch is up to the community.

Might be nice to help people starting out, since you do need to jump through a couple hoops to get your framerate uncapped for kickflips.

Good luck, I tried for about 2h and then gave up ;) (also, it's incredible how far you go with a kick flip when there's no ceiling to stop you)

That's the path way that you get warped to if you use the computer in the secret area. Unsure what happens if you manage to get there with a kickflip.

Yeah, trying to see if I can abuse the oob in 26 right now. The rest of the level goes up so it's hard to see what would happen

Renamed any%, moved order. Left glitchless for now? No idea what counts as a glitch.
