Most blockchain games today focus on PvP, resource mining, or trading — but the idea of building or playing a Web3 game where time-based challenges or skill-based runs could be provably recorded on-chain seems really interesting.

Some thoughts I had:

• Could blockchain enable verifiable speedrun records without relying on centralized systems?
• Has anyone here tried speedrunning a game that has Web3 elements (like on-chain logic, NFT items, or play-to-earn models)?
• Would you even play a speedrun-based blockchain game, or is that too niche?
