Some of the times were incorrect, or put in the wrong category, I have caught a few, but can't guarantee that I have caught all of them. Keeping the videos ensures that if someone else catches an error in the future it can be fixed. Also if we decide to change anything about the timing, then they can't be retimed.
According to the site, videos that were made before 2017 that are unlisted will be made private on youtube. I expect that even if I contact those who have old runs, many will not respond because of how long it has been. Do people generally think I should remove runs which the video is no longer available(there are a few already that have been deleted and they would fall under this category too), or just leave them up?
You can use OBS, it is a free program that can record multiple windows, and is what most people use for streaming/recording video on PC. https://obsproject.com/ I am not sure if you are able to do both using the built in software as I have never used it.
I am wondering what you guys think about adding the rule that a timer is required for all runs. From my experience it isn't much effort to add a timer while recording runs and just makes verifying the times easier on my end so I can go frame by frame. If the rule is added, then any runs submitted before the rule change would stay up, since the times have already been verified.
The rules say to start timing from pressing start, would starting from pressing reset be acceptable?
I just wanted to point out that jaylooker's Istanbul Overcrowd is on Cairo, not Istanbul
