I really want to start speed running this game but I dont have a 3Ds so can someone answer if emulators are allowed and if yes what emulator

Lazerbeam did a speedrun of baby mode to try to if with baby mode he could beat dream's record. So I decided why not make a category on minecraft baby mode just like a meme speedrun.
