Massachusetts, USADo you have a video of this? I know TAS has gotten a 30 second bowser but this sounds completely different. It'll probably be a while before anyone can do it in runs but I'd like to practice it.
Your biggest time saves are on hexoskeleton and book bash. You probably already know the triple shot strat for book bash, so the only thing you can do is keep playing and hope for good rng. Make sure to go towards one side, either left or right, to get the most out of it if you guess correctly in book bash. If you wanna get a sub 4 time, it's probably gonna take a couple weeks (it took me a month to go from 4:01 to my PB). Try to focus less on shaving off tiny bits of time in the first two bosses and just get consistent runs to increase the chance that you get a fast hexo. With good enough rng, the half second that you can take off in feed n seed and hammer chime don't matter much.
The fastest way would be to go 12 o'clock, right behind bowser. It's the shortest distance for him to go before he hits the wall.
