I'm using Korean version. If I want to submit my run to speedrun.com, should I use an English version? and another question. Should I clear the game without death?

Any% RTA or something, I have a record of 00:14:43 but I didn't used stopwatch. and now I have a file of Stopwatch, but I don't now how to use it. Plz answer...
