Where is the feature to limit your FPS?

I got the WR back in Grass: Coils and I showed my FPS and my run got accepted and verified on July 12, but then was rejected again on July 14th for “Using an FPS unlocker (FPS over 60)” I wasn’t using an FPS unlocker and my FPS was in the 50-90 range which is normal, so I don’t know why I’m being accused of using an FPS unlocker when I didn’t. Plus, there’s nowhere in the rules that says the maximum FPS is 60, even thought that’s what I was rejected for, but it only says no FPS enahncers which I did not use. I think I rightfully deserve my run of 6.867 back.
