I know that drinking from the Fountains has an achievement in the game, but getting them in runs is a bit of a hassle for verification. There's no way to verify their collection other than watching the run, and they don't add anything to the run other than a untrackable distraction.

I just started speedrunning This game, but I do think that it would be wise to split PC runs from the console runs, as the time saved on loading screens with the PC version is significant. This gives Console runners an insurmountable disadvantage.
