just do what feels comfortable, just as long as it not too slow, other wise you cant turn around quickly for some tricks

recording your runs isnt too hard, just use stream labs obs to record, if you have an extremely low performance PC or cant record on console pointing a phone camera at your TV would do just fine. Also thats a pretty high time, im shure you could cut that time by almost an hour if you do minimum tricks. Im new to speed running and im curious, I use livesplit and and how is time without loads timed? Can I use a video of a run I already have and cut it?
