From what I've gathered--at least with limited testing playing Alucard--the mobile version is pretty much just the PSP version but with better performance and load times for the most part. It does have a different menu though but control-wise if you plug a controller to your phone, the game uses the PSP controls I think. So basically, it's a parallel to how the xbox360 version is to the PSX version.
