the bug only happens when i play the game from the beginning to this part. if i choose "load" then i don't get the crash

does anyone know how to fix this bug? in the chapter "the real world" after mita blindfolded my game crashed, this is the 3rd time in a row i crashed in this part. i used: mitasplit GitHub - ScriptedSnark/MitaSplit: Autosplitter for MiSide. and ellen skin mod from nexusmods Ellen Joe replacement for Mita at MiSide Nexus - Mods and community

can i use the mod to change mita character in the game? not a mod that can be put into custom folder but it seems to interfere with unity. this is the mod i am using and i dont know if i can sub my run with it https://www.nexusmods.com/miside/mods/78
