Advanced mode I have noticed that when you wait a few seconds on the press start screen and press start then select advanced, the chances of you starting on the 34th floor is increased. about 6 seconds idk for sure i just counted it out. Could be random but it feels like a possible manipulation. I was able to do it twice in a row several times but not 3 yet. This can be seen in my latest advanced run.

Starting on the 34th floor allows you to leave the 33rd and the glass at around 14sec rather then 16. This makes reaching the 31st floor and running down the hallway sub or at 58 sec possible.
