Devon, Englandmaking IL categories for these is extremely arbitrary and doesn't serve enough purpose, you could use google sheets for it but it's not likely to ever be seriously considered on here.
if the category involves going from cloud 9 to honey marsh then sure, but that usually gets solved by the 50% cutscene happening, otherwise not sure what you really mean.
Emulator hasn't been added to the leaderboards separately for a numerous amount of reasons, 1st of which is down to lack of official ruling for what emulator (most likely would be Dolphin) would be used along with version, as well as different settings required for use. 2nd reason is down to a lacking of emulator runs / requests for emulator sub-categories, if more people are down for having emulator sub-categories added then they can be added as long as they will be populated / ran.
As Leo has said however, it's not an issue to have a Google Sheet set up for it, and if it's populated enough then it can be considered for the leaderboards, probably in Misc.

I'm guessing you're talking about the lava damage abuse strats? If so, there is an easier alternative that is fully recommended as a beginning piece. You damage abuse on the attacks by Crush instead and flame him as early as possible.
