If you want to fix this issue, then you need to try and contact the moderators off-site to see if they respond.
If they don't after like 2 weeks, then submit a support ticket with your proof that the moderators are inactive, if it gets accepted, then you'll replace the moderators, and you'll get added as a mod yourself.
You need a run on the game to get added as a mod, which you don't have for Mini-Dead. So you won't be accepted in this case.
And if you don't wanna request a ticket, then you can still message the moderators and ask them to be active again. Or you'll have to wait for another runner to submit a ticket instead. Maybe you could ask some of the runners who are already on the board or who have a pending run to do this.
@SioN you're wrong, deleted runs actually get do deleted.
Instead, this is an orphaned run. This means a run in an archived category.
https://www.speedrun.com/GAP/runs/mennkk3m
For some reason, @OloCube, you have level 1 archived, so the game starts at level 2. This seems like a mistake.
Also, the site should show orphaned runs in mod hub, but they don't, this is a bug and is very annoying.
if you make a new thread and then delete it, everyone will still see that the user made a thread but the thread doesnt exits
It kinda works like that. If you delete the thread itself, and not the comments in a thread, then all of the comments and their contents are still visible on a user's Comments page. It says the comments are in an "Unknown" thread.
That's not too strange if you were an inactive moderator, they might have tried to contact you outside the site for you to be active again.
Also the game does have a moderator. Moderators can be found by scrolling down on the game's page until you see the "Moderators" panel. The mod is active as they were last online 2 days ago.
You'd have to ask them if you want to be a moderator again, rather than submit a support ticket. As I think site staff prefers moderators to preform actions on their own rather than doing it themselves.
But I guess you could submit a ticket or DM starsmiley and ask why you were removed in the first place.
It depends where you pirate it from tbh. I'd imagine there are some safe sites somewhere
Purchase the game from Steam and support DVloper. It doesn't cost that much.
Also I'm not sure if the soeedrun mod works on a pirated version.
How's it invisible? Do you have a link to the run? Does an error message display? And what game is this for
Sure it's allowed.
I don't think it's too much of an issue as people normally have routes that avoid Granny. And playing in full screen can be annoying.
It's to do with the Twitch category's name, not URL.
Here you'd set the "Twitch name" to be "Curiosity".
What game is that?
I can't find it on the site. But I assume it's safe to play if other people have downloaded it from there aswell
@Slaptula, are you a real person or a bot? As you seem like one.
Why would you spam this so much? Don't be suprised if you get banned
This is already an option. It's in your notification settings. Under "New run is awaiting verification in a game you moderate", and turn on email.
Although, DM email notifications sadly aren't a thing.
Hello, I need help to upload a Pou video of emulator memory, I fill in everything else but when it comes to the split part I don't know what to put because I don't have the split, so the memory doesn't need split and I don't know what to put there.
@matteoveron, the splits.io link is optional. Since it does not have the asterisk (*) that marks it as required next to it.
Splis.io is designed for splits from LiveSplit, so they are displayed next to your race.
You might be banned from there, it works for me. What's your Discord name?
There used to be a filter to filter by country, but it got removed when the site was redesigned.
You can still filter by game, you just need to go on that game's page and press the "Streams" tab.
Yeah it's a setting you need to turn on in rules. I has nothing to do with variables.
@SioN, what are you talking about? RTA can't be turned off, it even says that on the setting. If you don't want RTA to display along with IGT on some categories, then keep the RTA or IGT field blank for all the runs in that category and the column on the leaderboard will be hidden.
If you're only using a single timing method, then you might aswell just stick with using RTA (by keeping IGT turned off) and mentioning that RTA is actually IGT in the rules.
