Important to note that the escapists 2 measures millisecond times in frames, so my time was actually only 1 frame off of 54 seconds, or 53.966. I could've put that in as the time but for consistency's sake that's what I put there and all runners put there

My xbox has some usb ports that I haven't really used until got my keyboard and mouse, and I just started playing with KB&M a week ago and wanted to know if I could play using those instead of a controller and submit in the console category as I saw part of the rules saying external tools are forbidden but don't know if these count

I've been doing speedrunning for about a week now and want to know the best way to use a benchmark timer (i.e. Livesplit) for console. I think a foot pedal would work but I have no idea how to set it up or what timer and other equipment to use it with. I would appreciate some beginner level methods. Thanks

Edit: I forgot to mention that I can't run OBS because I use a chromebook. I know, not making it very easy.
